Do you wish you could date a gay orc? Or how about some pigeons? Well 2015 is going to be your year!
Sony announced that Hatoful Boyfriend, the world’s best pigeon dating simulator, will be released in Q2 2015 on PS4 and Vita! I’ll dispense with the bird puns, but this game is even more strange than you’d think. As the only human in Pigeon High School, you get to uncover conspiracies while also flirting with birds. Which is totally a dream I’ve never had.
Also coming up this year is Tusks, a dating sim where you’re a gay orc. Much like the actual military culture from societies like Sparta or the Sacred Band of Thebes – an elite cadre of soldiers made entirely of male couples – Tusks explores the crossover between hypermasculine cultures and the emotional bonds of the men in them. Plus, gay orcs, you guys. A “public playtest” is on target for a release this month – we’ll keep you posted.
