It seems as though Nintendo approached Mozy, Inc., who has been offering cloud storage since 2005. The plan looks like a 512mb storage that will be integrated with each individual Wii U profile to store saves and data. This is another way Nintendo is jumping on the same band wagon as many of the other gaming companies, which is definitely not a complaint by me. Supposedly, the Wii U cloud storage will roll out in 2013 in Japan and then shortly after a world-wide release.
