First off, and what I think is probably the coolest feature, the Wii U table acts as a gateway to the series “animus”, which will serve as an encyclopedia that will seamlessly run alongside the game or even when you aren’t playing ( I took that away from the “eating dinner” line). The “Eagle Eye” view with the accelerometer could be a cool feature. I originally thought of the “Lens of Truth” in The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time when Nintendo first announced the tablet controller and this option makes me think the same thing. The weapon select and on screen map on the tablet will most likely be a norm from many similar games. I can’t wait to see the Wii U’s clean on screen look, with most HUD items put on the tablet controller. It is going to have a slick look indeed. Keep checking back as Assassin’s Creed III information seems to be dropping daily.
