Bleach: Soul Resurreccion (PlayStation 3)

Ichigo Kurosaki is just your average 15-year-old teenager, with one major difference: he can see the spirits of the dead. He gained this power when he met a Soul Reaper by the name of Rukia Kuchiki. Rukia was on a mission in the Human World to find and kill one of these evil spirits, called Hollows, which happened to have targeted Ichigo. Rukia was injured during the confrontation, and when Ichigo’s family was in mortal danger, she transferred her Soul Reaper powers to him. While waiting for Rukia to recover, Ichigo decided to help her by taking over her duties to fight off the Hollows and save Karakura Town. Several months later, Thirteen Court GuardSquad Captain Byakuya Kuchiki arrived from the Soul Society (the world of spirits) to arrest Rukia and sentence her to death for transferring her powers to a human. Ichigo and his friends decided to save her; they crossed over into the Soul Society and went up against a number of captains, including Kenpachi Zaraki and Byakuya himself. During their rescue attempt, Ichigo and the other members of the Thirteen Court Guard Squads discovered that the attempt on Rukia’s life was orchestrated by the traitorous Captain Sosuke Aizen, who wanted to gain the Hogyoku, a powerful orb that was hidden within Rukia. There were only two ways to obtain the orb: set fire to Rukia to burn it out of her, or use Urahara’s special tool to extract it. When her execution failed, Aizen resorted to the second method. Aizen succeeded in obtaining the Hogyoku, then betrayed his fellow Soul Reapers and retreated with co-conspirators Gin Ichimaru and Kaname Tousen to Hueco Mundo. There, Aizen used the Hogyoku to create an army of powerful Arrancars. He now threatens the peace of both the Soul Society and the Human World. It’s now up to Ichigo and the rest of the Soul Reapers to destroy the Arrancars and bring a stop to Aizen’s evil ambitions.
