While those “freemium” style games – you know, the ones where you can either slowly accumulate resources, or buy a bunch for just $4.99 – are always a little suspect, The Simpsons Tapped Out is actually a serviceable game.
Rebuild Springfield after Homer’s negligence destroys the town, send familiar characters around to run quests and do tasks. Help Milhouse hide his pee-sheets. Please don’t buy any donuts.
Voice clips from the actual actors are a great addition too, and go a long way to bringing back the feel of Springfield.
