Sony Online Entertainment is no more!

SOE has been around since 1995 creating games for Sony systems and within the last few years have been focusing on Free-to-Play games on PC.  Recently they were bought out by an unannounced sum of money and will now be known as Daybreak Game Company.  This could be good and bad news all at the same time depending on how you look at it.  What could this mean for Sony?  Is this a problematic change or is it for the better?

Now that they are known as Daybreak Game Company, they will be working on games for possibly Xbox One, mobile, PS4 and other platforms.  This strikes curiosities in whether  H1Z1, Planetside 2 or if other games will make an appearance on Xbox One.  The company did make note that current games will not see any service disruptions during the transition to their new independent state.  Tell us your thoughts on this, we would love to hear what you have to say.  For all your favorite news and reviews check back here at GameGravy!
