Today 343 Industries added some new content for the last week of the Halo 5: Guardians Xbox One beta. There was a vote on which map would be picked for the last week and the choice ended up being Pegasus. This map is perfect for long range battles and definitely compliments using sniper rifles and the DMR. There will also be a new weapon to use on this map and it will be the rocket launcher. This weapon is highly powerful and can kill multiple enemies with one shot.
The Last thing added was a new game mode known as Strongholds. This mode has three zones that can be captured to gain points towards winning. Team work is a must with this new game mode as you need at least control over two zones to start gaining points. The first team that reaches 100 points first will be victorious and win the match. The other two modes Slayer and Breakout will still be available until January 18th, which is the final day of the Halo 5: Guardians beta. For all news related to Halo 5 check back here at GameGravy!
