Elder Scrolls Online Console release date revealed!

Many people have been anxiously waiting for the console release of Elder Scrolls Online and we finally have a date.  June 9th is when the PS4 and Xbox One version of Elder Scrolls Online will arrive and it will in fact be Free-to-Play after initial purchase.  The full title is Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited and once you pay the one time cost of $59.99 it is Free-to-Play after that, although there will be an ESO Plus option available.

ESO Plus will be in 30, 90 or 180 day increments depending on what you would like to sign up for.  Having the Plus subscription will allow players to have access to all the DLC available, a monthly allowance of Crowns (currency in-game), bonus experience and other special benefits.  You don’t have to get ESO Plus if you choose not to and you will still have hundreds of hours of content to explore and play with friends or alone.  If you have played to PC version before then you will be invited back to play for free and can continue through Tamriel without monthly charges now, unless of course you choose to opt in the ESO Plus.

If you plan on picking this up let us know and also let us know how you feel about this big change to Elder Scrolls Online.  Check back at GameGravy for more news and reviews of all upcoming games!
