Oh Snap! Pokemon Ruby & Sapphire coming to the 3DS

Nintendo announced today that they are remaking the classic Game Boy Advance titles Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire  for the 3DS and they will both be out this November just in time for the holiday rush.  This fills in a little more of the software gap going into E3 with very few 3DS titles having been announced yet.  Read the full press release below.

INTRODUCING POKÉMON OMEGA RUBY AND POKÉMON ALPHA SAPPHIRE, LAUNCHING WORLDWIDE IN NOV. 2014

Bellevue, Wash.—May 7, 2014—The Pokémon Company International and Nintendo announced today that Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire will launch worldwide in November 2014, exclusively for the Nintendo 3DS family of systems. Pokémon fans will collect, battle, and trade Pokémon in a new adventure.

Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire are a fresh take on Pokémon Ruby and Pokémon Sapphire, which launched in 2003 and were fan-favorite hits on the Game Boy Advance system. The new titles promise to take players through a dramatic story within a spectacular new world.
