Killing Is Harmless: Spec Ops critical reading book

I’ve always felt that game reviews should contain a bit of critique as well – not only if the game is sick or rad or tite or whatever people say these days, but also why such a game is important (or unnecessary, or jingoistic, or a sad existential crisis on how you’ll never be cool).

Enter Brendan Keogh, a freelancer who’s written for a dozen sites, and his book critiquing Spec Ops: The Line.  Titled Killing is Harmless: A Critical Reading of Spec Ops The Line, it will seek to ask the reader about the nature of virtual violence, among other things.

Oh, and it’s going to be only $2.99.
