Blizzard announced today that there will be a new mount coming soon that will grace our expansion Mists of Pandaria. Its called “The Swift Windsteed” its name and the mount itself unlike anything World of Warcraft players are accustomed to when it comes to mounts.
A teaser image of the new mount showed up on twitter earlier today. The mount, likely to be an item purchased from the Blizzard Store, sits atop a bright cloud. It is definitely inspired by the style and direction of the Mists of Pandaria expansion with a rather distinctive Eastern look.
Although no information is given on its origin or time of release, this mount will soon be available to players. Most things posted on the official World of Warcraft twitter are often offered up shortly after. Its rumored to be sold at $25.
