FIFA 16 will be getting Alex Morgan, star of the US Women’s Soccer Team (in Europe, called “America’s Lady Footballers” I’m guessing) on the box art cover!
Additionally, the international versions of the game will get other female soccer players on their covers. The Canada release will have Christine Sinclair, and Australia will get Stephanie Catley.
Although there is a massive pay disparity between the US Women’s team winning the world cup ($2 million award) and the US Men’s team losing in the 16-team round ($9 million award), Alex, Christine, and Stephanie can now rest assured they will all be victims of the Madden Curse (hey it’s still called football and Madden hasn’t been involved in years)
