Nintendo held it’s annual E3 press conference today in which they announced a new console the, Wii u. It’s has 1080p HD graphics and uses a controller that is above and beyond what any controller has been able to do till this day. The controller has a 6.2 in. touch screen, accelerometers, camera, microphone and gyroscopes. The controller will allow you to transfer games from your television to the controller screen and vise versa. It even allows you to do video conferencing. Nintendo seems to have taken a cue from Apple and it’s iPad to allow you to draw and play games right on the controllers screen. Nintendo also made some game announcements for the 3DS with titles like Luigi’s Mansion 2, and Super Mario 3D. They announced that The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening would be available before the days end, and Zelda: The Four Swords will also be available as a free download in September for DSi. Nintendo announced that Star Fox 64, Super Mario 3D, Kid Icarus and Mario Kart would be coming out before the end of the year.
